Please note that these houses are not finished but are actually projects available. We sell our houses off-plan and build the houses on the land that we currently have for sale. All our plots are in the town of Chella, in inland Valencia. Customers need to choose the location/plot that they like and choose a design of a house that would best suit their taste, and within 6 to 9 months of commissioning, they can be assured to get the keys of their dream home.

Mirasierra is a new project, with a total of 2 fincas estimated to be completed in December 2006. Housing 130 sqm in total construction area, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. Mirasierra is a little bigger than our El Bosque design.

A spin off from our Finca Rincon Design, El Bosque is slightly smaller in built although with an appearance exactly like our Finca Rincon design. This design is especially catered to home owners who only want a small built-in area, with the house fully facilitated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen living and dining area.

At 114 sqm, this house is of a comfortable size, with a price tag affordable for most.

This design is a cross between our Rijusol design and our Rincon design. This design caters to those who do not need a big living area, but want cosiness and quality to their houses.

Finca Navasol has all the makes of an exquisite house, with beautiful stone walls for the exterior, an elevated ceiling with wooden beams and rustic tiles throughout the house.

it houses 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, kitchen within a comfortable size of 162 sqm. On the exterior, is a small utility house for storage.

The most luxurious among our design, Villa Rijusol is finished with the typical stones that can be found in this part of Spain, all  manually put up by our skilful builders. People who wants a lot of space in their house will find this design most comfortable for them due to it's grandiose size of 221 sqm, for a 3 bedroom house.

The property consist of the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a 5 x 10m swimming pool and a summer house with BBQ facilities. A large part of the plot will also be fenced up to provide privacy for the villa.

Rijusol Rustico is based on spanish country stlye design, with finishings done up in the most rustic manner. Among our luxurious design, Rijusol Rustico is a second alternative to Villa Rijusol, but however, has exactly the same built-in area like Villa Rijusol except that it has more country finishes as compared to the more modern Villa Rijusol.
