All newly built houses sit on a plot
of at least 10, 000 sqm, and therefore contain ample land
area for home owners who require space.
The next neighbour is
probably about 5 to 10 mins walk away from your house, and
all our houses are strategically positioned, so that the
next house would not be easily visible.
Also, the town of Chella
is only 5 mins drive away, so it would be relatively
convenient for you to get the basic amenities needed.
Restaurants, super marts and banks can also be found in the
town. Xativa,
a main shopping and commercial area is only 15 mins drive
away. There, you can find major shops, supermarkets, a
cinema and a train station which will has direct trains to
Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid.
As all our houses has
fantastic scenery, either overlooking the town of Chella or,
the mountain valleys, one will be able to find themselves
living right inside nature itself.
Something additional is that we do not purchase plots that
don't posses fantastic views.
Most of the houses that we
built are on rural land which are right inside nature. If
you fancy having trees and rivers in the compound where you
live, our off plan properties will be ideal for your next
home in Spain.
The prices of properties
in Spain have risen significantly within these few years,
especially with respects to the properties in the coast.
Inland properties, such as ours, posses twice as much land
as compared to those in the coast, but at half its price.
Therefore people who do not wish to pay exorbitant prices
for their houses may find our prices within a much more
comfortable range.
As mentioned above, the
prices of inland properties have not escalated that much as
compared to the properties in the coast. Therefore it is a
good time to go into the market and secure the price. In
addition, a golf course is to be built in the nearby town of
Anna which is only 1 km away from Chella. Therefore, there
is much potential in the appreciation of prices especially
when the golf course in Anna is completed.
